Sustainability is a big topic in the sector that we all talk about and I don't think there's general an industry-wide solution yet. We've taken sustainability as one of our three core pillars for growth over the next few years along with focus and scale and digital empowerment so sustainability is something is very core to what we want to do but it does involve making sensible use of the resources that we have understanding that everything that we do has an impact either good or bad. Andy on my email footers it says that every email is 18 grams worth of carbon therefore I won't be sending a thank you please assume I am grateful for what you've sent it's actually doing that
