How can becoming more transparent around pay impact these different practices? We can't just look at pay in isolation. So I always talk about building trust through pay transparency but it's not like if nothing else in the organization is working and then people are just going to trust us because we're transparent with pay. These things all need to work together. But if we're transparent about pay, it links to all of these things that you talked about. And so there's a clear link between pay progression and career progression.
