I'm a Fan and the Power Dilemma
I liked the idea of fandom and that you wanted to explore what it's like to be a fan. I think fans can move things culturally and they do move things culturally, especially teenage girl fans are often dismissed but Bowie wouldn't have been anything without female fans. You're abused twice by the bad thing that happens to you and the neglect institutionally is the second abuse. If you had fans that wouldn't happen it would be less likely to happen because there would be an uproar at the time.
