Is God's Subordination of the Teleological, the Organic and the Intellectual?

Calvin says that the created laws and facts are equally created. But there is a relation of subordination between them, as ordained by god. The mechanical laws are lower than the teleological laws. God can arrange them how he will. At special moments in redemptive history, he can rearrange certain facts by way of miracle. He is sovereign as the potter with reference to the clay. And god's sovereign, unilateral, speaking into existence temporal unity and plurality in the things that have been made.
