The Can Do Attitude in the Military
Military culture is something that I find incredibly fascinating and the idea that we have a can do military attitude is something that we should not change. We are oriented as a department of defense to address near term crises. It's not flat year round or year to year, but each time that we lean forward and we commit more things, we have to give the secretary what does it mean long term? He has to get that picture.
