Seemingly because of that, we have seen one of the biggest military forces in the world making what seems to be really basic logistical mistakes. Is that down to incompetence? Well, i'm not sure necessarily incompetent. I think it seems, you know, strategy is very difficult to implement full stop. Many people argue whether russia even has strategies. I think they do.
