Sally Kohn: I want to fast forward a bit. When you were the co-lead of the ethical AI research team, as far as I'm aware, there were a lot of people who recognized that this was a really diverse team. And then, of course, we all know the story of your firing in 2020 and everything that went down there in the press. So those were two years, but it was like so much coming to those two years. She says when she joined Google September 2018, she was already very vocal about racism and sexism in the industry.
