The Problem With the Intermittent Solar Panels
Shelley: Solar panels are intermittent. They only harvest the sun, but they can't do it at night because the sun's not out. Shelley: Now take that issue and multiply it by 282 million cars registered in the United States. What happens when 282 million cars start plugging in at night? She says we've got a problem. It's a supply problem.
