The Fifth Circuit Denies a Preliminary Injunction
Several states are going after this, but I haven't heard anything on Texas. There was a ruling last month that denied a preliminary injunction in the Fifth Circuit. The real question is whether any of these other cases, and there are numerous other cases, will actually get an injunction before the deadline hits.
