The captain of the k l m probably was a victim of get ther iti and started take off before you should of. You really have to think aboute, is what i'm doing safe? Is this the right thing to do at this time? And rely on your training and rely ong your experience instead of just thinking, no, we have to get this done. But ultimately, their actions did lead to this incident.
