Meditation for ADHD
I was like super pumped about it for three weeks and then I forgot that it ever existed. So yeah, so it's conceptual like any other ADHD or is hobby. Do you meditate? I've been doing that for years though. But the kind I do is just chilling out. Coming down in the moments. OK, cool. Well, that's how I've used it. It's hard though.
