I Like That Old Industrial Stock as Well, Right?
I like that older industrial stock as well, provided it doesn't have some functional obsolescence or some things that just don't work for the market as a whole. You're gonna be having those properties as a significant discount to what it costs to build something new. I'd say I buy anything under $85 a square foot. But it also relates the other boxes that has to be in a geographic location that's in demand.
