Is There Such a Thing as True White?

White has a more objective definition than any color, because colour is incredibly objective. If i say that something is white, there is a physic spase experiment that we can do where we can project a range of wave lengths on to this object and somehow catch them all afterwards. So we've learned that waterfalls are white, because when water falls, it doesn't fall as one block. It instead breaks up into many, many tiny spherical droplets of water, and light bounces off them,. equally giving us white. Tiny particles of tetanium dioxide swim in this soup called a binder, and partially because of their size, they scatter light in much the same way which gives us white.
