Digital art directors and anybody aspiring to be an art director, digital is inevitably the way it will go. Most people come into it already create as a from a creative background who can draw. It's not like you've got to learn pencil drawing for me. I find though too that there are a number of directors who are brilliant, absolutely brilliant. But some people just don't see it as well. And so it looks okay on paper and then they walk into the environment and they go, oh, this isn't right. We're used to flat plans because we're used to plans.
