Sometimes investors will dole out the capital slowly. There are a lot of reasons, you know, for a bridge round. They just, generally, bridge rounds are not a strong way to present your company. You really want to do a proper series a, proper series b. Some of these things don't apply. In a down market, maybe these things become too a punitive towards the founders,. So you have that option.
