Dubai's New Residential Skyscraper
A new residential skyscraper is being built in Ecuador, designed by Philip Stark. It's going to offer retail space at ground level with apartments above. We've got trees, plants, dripping, dripping across 46 stories of the open terraces. They've gone big on the renders. Everything's very saturated. The sun is shining. It looks idyllic.
