Choosing Exercise for Vata Types

For pitters, one of the key rules when choosing exercise or activity is enjoyment and fun. Weight training is fantastic for Vata types because they don't have a lot of natural strength. Swimming, skiing, rowing or canoeing anything to do with water is really good for pitters as it cools them down. In winter potentially hot yoga can be very balancing for vatas but not so much for pitter predominant individuals. For cuffers you want more stimulating or vigorous exercise these are the types that can do a bit more demanding.
