The Return of Ezra and Nehemiah

The two narrative books that you're going to be really focusing on are Ezra and Nehemiahs, the first is the second and the third wave. The key here is very simple. Number one is the temple that Zerubbabel built. Second is the Word of God. Third is rebuilding the walls around Jerusalem. And then how does that correspond to us? Well in antiquity, unless you had a real city Unless you were considered a legitimate city by many people it was not seen as holy. So if we want to rebuild our lives after they've been shattered, we have to be sacramental Christians.
