The USTR's Strong Review of the WTO Rulings

The US lost on the steel and aluminum tariffs, where we made the national security argument that this was a national security decision. We should have seen that coming because the Russians made exactly the same argument in a case involved that Ukraine brought against them. I've ranted about this in my column more than once and I'm about to do it again, either this week or next. It really undercuts the institution.
