B12 Folate Anemia - What Is Hypochlorhidria?

If you have a state of hypochlorhidria, an obvious and very clear good clue that you have low acid output is from having an MCV above 95. If we don't secrete intrinsic factor in the stomach to grab on to B12 that was in our steak, well, then that means that there is low acid secretion in the stomach. And therefore, we have larger red blood cells. We actually see this in anemic research, just something known as B12 folate anemia. It's characterized by having anemic symptoms in combination with an MCVabove 95. Yet the MCV reference range goes to 99. You can actually be in a state of B12
