Is There a Difference Between Transactional and Transactional?

i think there certainly is some misunderstanding of how and when to deal with people in that contest. Just engaging them, with them about their current oll is probably quite limiting. Probably ends up shutting down a conversation. He it does opening it up. And also, i think it's quite selfish, beause i actually think being nice or kind or helpful to some one makes you feel quite good as well. So that's a sort of slightly selfish reframe on it. But, but that also helps, also,. it helps to be seen as someone who is m supportive of other people.
