Last year, the St. Louis Blues finished 27th in the team in the league as a team offensively in terms of goalscorer per 60. I think there's reason to believe they're going to be significantly better than that this season. It did feel like there was too much structure that just weighed down players. And it does look like there are some players on the Canadian that seemingly wants to play a different way.
