What Would Your Advice Be for a New Writer?

A, don't worry too much. You know, you go in and the thing that's that, like, we've built up writers rooms so much that they can be intimidating. But everybody in that room is a writer,. Everybody in that room goes through all the insecurities writers have. They all have thought, or do think, at every level. It's easy to go on and be intimidated. But, but that room wants you to succeed, um, and no one's really keeping score. As a staff writer, if you contribute anything, it's a plus. Your people know you haven't done it before. This is your new community. Be who you are.
