You always want to relate cold morbidities to how they will affect your anaesthetic plan. The consideration should be whether or not to use an l m a or do a rapid sequence induction, or premedications that aren't routine for asthma. One donte that's alm funny as being unaware of what the surgical procedure is. If my patient has a medical condition i'm unfamiliar with, i try to read a little bit about it before presenting my plan.
