The Different Types of Omega-6 Fats

The chemical structure of fats are carbon molecules with hydrogen molecules and a couple of oxygen molecules at the end. And so we classify these chemical structures of fat into three different ones, monounsaturated, polyunsaturated and saturated. We tend to eat about 20 different types of fat that are most common in our diet. There are very few foods that really only have one type of fat in them. But many other foods, when you hear that they're high in something, they have other fats present.
