You Can Shud All Over Yourself
The first thing that comes to mind is feelings, our emotions. When we're not used to experiencing our emotions, they can be very uncomfortable and scary. I think the second thing is starting to feel into the places we have shame. The shame is I am so when I claim an all or nothing proposition for who I am that takes me to that place of smallness, of invisibility, of wrong. And it's often what I call the trifecta of constriction.
