I think people go into business to make money. You're not doing any science because you're what you really want to do is be a cheerleader. So really, it's around having transparency, aligning around these financial goals and building confidence that both sides are aligned about achieving those goals. And if we can create a situation where our execution is pretty good and our B-But-Don cash flow is good, then we get to pay good raises, pay good bonuses, have the stock price go up.
