The Learning Curve of Polygamy
For me, it started with my research in blacks and the priesthood. Then then some of what you have experienced out there in the audience, which is polygamy, began with prophet joseph smith. I knew thati was going to put a big puncture in a the balloon of my myth, to use a very weird a metaphor. And i mean, i remember putting off, thinking, you know, i really ought to look into that, but feeling like, i don't know if i have the courage to to. It's almost like i knew this was not going to be pretty."
