Move First Thing in the Morning

Ike: The first habit is moving first thing in the morning. I call it your movement flow, like, what really just feels really good to you? And just do more of that. It doesn't need to be a full workout. There's many mornings where i'm tired or i don't have time to work out but five minutes of movement can be really powerful. Ike: If you can start and end your day with the same thing every single day, you know, just like brush, it starts to give you that framework.
