So marginal gains, small, but effective at the end of that, that's all been very, very well documented. Could we take some of these ideas into our own businesses? And can we improve the client experience in order to make the difference between whether a client becomes a client or not,. Whether they stay with you because it seems to work in elite sport. But there are pause for breath and invite anyone else to come and share any thoughts you've got.
