The Effects of a Zithromison on T Cells

In the current study, the authors aimed to decipher immune alterations associated with a Zithromison administration and relapse after allogeneic transplant. T cells were skewed toward increased T regulatory, central, and effector memory TH2, CD4 positive, and exhausted CD8 positive central memory cells. They found that 73 plasma metabolites were significantly different between patients who received an aloe Zithro treatment and those who received a placebo.
