Refinance

There are tools available where you can refinance your property, but it's not very flexible. With this process, you could just be like, I'll liquidate $3,000 worth of tokens. And now you have those funds and then you buy them back later when you no longer need these funds. The deed is still written, probably needs to be signed by a lawyer and all that stuff, right? But the ownership of it, because it becomes fractionalized as a token, that makes sense to me. So I'm not saying it's not possible. I actually think it's guaranteed to happen at some point.
