The Courage to Teach

One of the cult concepts that i'm really pulling forward into what i do is having the subject at the centre. I don't think the shift from top bottom hierarchy will change unless there is a societa change in the way that we look at education and learning, which is going to take decades. The whole point is this subject, and we are all exploring it together. Instead of its being one, this person just blabbing it's so much, it's yers gone.
