To day's secret is from phoebe. Higes, i told four years ago that's been following me around ever since. My dad has repeatedly struggled with adiction and substance abuse issues. And given his addiction issues, he died in the way i'd always anticipated he might die when i was growing up. Over the last few months, my dad has started getting better and reaching out to in a way that's healthy, productive and loving.
