The Passover Lamb and the Passover Meal

Jesus said I am anxious to do the Passover because what happened was that the angel of God said wherever the lamb has been slain and take the blood from the lamb and mark it over the doorway of those Jews who were committed to loved God. So when Jesus said I have longed to eat this meal with you my my disciples because it was one of the most strategic pictures of the night when Christ this night was going to die he was becoming the fulfillment of the Passover lamb so they don't even know what's happening but they could look back and understand this was the Passover meal just like the Passover in Egypt where God spared our lives and took us into the land of promise
