At zinga, we built a private cloud inter structure that would allow us to easily migrate our own data entes. And so the question was, like, how much did this defocus us? The hundred or so people we working on this were a drop in the bucket compared to the hundreds of people we had working in almost every other function. We could get all of this leverage and get all of this value and decouple us from amazon's business objectives,. So that we cald have the freedom we wanted.
