EU Confidential: Europe's First Night Train in Over a Decade

This week's EU Confidential is hitting the rails with Europe's first night train to run in over a decade between Brussels and Berlin. In Poland, former Prime Minister Don Altusk wanted to galvanize opposition ahead of crucial parliamentary election this fall. A law that is supposed to set up a commission that will examine Russian influence in Polish public life was framed in a way that most experts feel is unconstitutional. It basically sets up an alternative court system to the courts. And so that really caused a huge stir in Poland.
