Don't Give Too Much Context
People with 80 e d can give way too mich ar lete, change that. People with eight h d can't give too much context. Context matters and reason matters. You're more likely to get a yes if you give a reason. If my boss knows i'm only going to say yes to one project a month, he's going to pick the projects that i'm best suited for. We've been at it for a while now - we don't need to go on and on about why things should be done in certain ways.
