i stopped meditating during that period. And i got to tell you, those were some dark periods. I sure could have used the meditative cess when i was in that state. But i went back and began meditating again. And so to this day, i meditate at least once a day, without fault, without fail. This is one of these techniques that is becoming so important for us to day that it's almost a necessary way to live wholesomely. We will be talking about the different portions of the brain and how meditation affects it in our interview to day.
