Visa's Commitment to Evidence 3.0

Visa was the first to the table with a new framework that was introduced back in April, which they call compelling evidence 3.0. And I have to say it was met with a very, very tepid response from merchants who most of them think it's a little bit too restrictive and doesn't really solve the heart of the problem here. So we'll be keeping an eye out there. MasterCard has been pretty quiet on this topic, but they've told me in public forums that they've had a task force working on this now for the past year, year and a half or so.
