What Should We Do About the UN Security Council?
The West shouldn't be getting involved in creating nations of its own making, he says. The UN is not a separate entity that makes decisions, but the individual countries on the Security Council won't agree. It has proved almost impossible to reach any kind of consensus on certain types of key issue at the UN Security Council. But no one has yet come up with a better structure, and that's part of the difficulty.
