UEFA's Vision for Women's Football

Laura McAllister is a former Wales international and captain of the national team. Since retiring she has been involved in governance of football generally and women's football specifically. She says UEFA needs to ensure better gender equality throughout the organisation. Women's games are growing at a rate five times faster than men's game, McAllister adds.
