The Impact of Bitcoin News on the Bitcoin Price
Bitcoin is interesting in that, that sense. The Bitcoin reacted very violently when the US Marshals were going to auction off Bitcoins from a dark market. That seemed to affect it, but we've had three other Marshall auctions since then which doesn't seem to have as much effect because it's kind of priced in. When merchants, uh, very large retailers, except Bitcoin, that's initially used to spike Bitcoin, they ultimately take their Bitcoins and convert into fiat. So that's net selling pressure, um, the Bitcoin price. Uh, I've felt at least my trading style, I try and tune most of that out. Okay. Next up on CNN iReport: Are there any types
