Themes of Engagement Management

This week is quite office bound I've got some various meetings various sort of SMT type meetings different parts of the business. On Friday I'm going to be going to Nudgestock which is the conference day that has been organized by Rory Sutherland and so it's a festival of looking at the way in which behavioral economics are thought about.
