The Relationship Between Idea Density and Cognitive Longevity

Idea density is directly correlated with cognitive longevity. More complex vocabulary more complex language are all idea densities terms. Purpose and complexity and challenge are three factors purpose means Activities that are serving your purpose activities that are meaningful to you Second complexity means if it's suduku, it's fine But if it's real life activities like a podcast, I mean the amount of brain work you put into organizing this  is immense. So that's complexity as opposed to playing suduku And then challenges keep pushing yourself because if it becomes you said earlier people to get in their 30s they do the same thing over and over again.
