How to Decouple Data Contracts in a Company

Kafka allows you to decouple the parts of your architecture that produce events and those that consume them, which is great. The producer and the consumer have to agree on the schema and the format of the data. There are a couple of ways you can do that in a company. It's more like a free fall, wide rest approach. But they're more structured and more disciplined in a disciplined ways to do that.
