Do you distend the stomach with any form of oral contrast? That's an interesting question. So yes, that would be the right thing to do. And we try to do it with something like usually water. Why negative oral contrast? You really want to take a look at the mucosa. If you have positive oral contrast in there, you have sort of wait on bite and it'd be hard to pick out subtle areas of increased or decreased enhancement actually.
