How Do You Keep the North Star Together?

I know how stressful it would have been, scaling the back end production of those units. How did you go about aligning the North Star together and obviously keeping this friendship as strong as it has been over the years? I think it comes down to two things. One is that daily we always speaking and really pushing each other to get and figure something out what the right decision is. And we'll really push hard what our own thoughts are. But ultimately, when we make that final decision, the two of us will always go 100% into that decision.
