Do You Have a Pulmonary Pulse Problem?
The heart is diffusely hypochonetic. The l v is e f of maybe ten %. The r vs is widely dilated and barely moving. On the t e screen, you see contractility, which is organized, but is very weak. If we don't have a palpable pulse, if you don't have confirmation of a pulse, that indeed would be basically the definition of pulses activity. That would be a inducation to start that patient in in a clis or start chest compression central.
