Osset: We have seen broader efforts from the Vegas operators to find growth. They've done things like raising their table minimums and looked more to lodging and entertainment as a way to bring some more money in, he says. Osset: It makes sense that while gambling is still this huge draw, functional profit is coming from those hospitality operations. The second thing is, look, the major casinos probably should be focusing on getting a yield out of their capital expenditure, he adds.
